Block 13 of Periwinkle Lane quilt pattern contains the instructions for framing each block as well as the sashing, applique, binding and quilting.
The colored/embroidered blocks are trimmed to 9 x 9 so they will finish at 8-1/2" x 8-1/2" once sashing is sewn on. They are not iron on, you trace the pattern onto the fabric once it is ironed onto freezer paper. It is hand embroidered since the crayon work prohibits machine embroidery.
